Low-Carb Breakfast – Cream Cheese Pancakes Recipe

First thing we’re going to do is mix up our dry ingredients. I’ve got some almond flour. Here I’m gonna keep this recipe gluten free, some baking powder, so it can rise and then just a touch of cinnamon.

Give this a good stir. Perfect then move on to the wet. So first I’ve got some eggs here. I’m gonna lightly beat these together or those in here I’ve got some room temperature cream cheese. So last time we use cottage cheese.

This time we’ve got some room to put your cream cheese, and then we’re, going to add in just a little pinch of some agave for some sweetness and then here’s, gonna mash and just mix. This together, as best as possible, that’s, why it’s, important to have room-temperature cream cheese, so you can easily match it up and just continue stirring and if you need to you can use a hand mixer that’S on a low speed: if you don’t have a hand mixer, then you can just toss this into a blender and blend it up until it’s, nice and smooth it’s.

Okay, if you still see a little bit of crumbles of the cream cheese that’s? Okay, because when you cook it up and you bite into the pancake to have a nice little bit of cream cheese. There add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients now and mix it all up.

Alright, let’s, make some pancakes fire up a nonstick skillet put it on some medium heat and once it’s hot, we’re gonna spray, it with a little bit of oil and then add in the now. Since these are almond flour, they tend to be a lot more fragile, so I would suggest making these slightly smaller.

Put this right in the middle grab, a top to cover it, and once you see the middle part start to bubble over that’s. When it’s ready to flip, and since these are lower carb pancakes and gluten-free, we’re gonna keep everything low-carb by using some low-calorie sugar-free maple syrup.
