How to Make Ricotta Bake

Hey guys today, I’m, going to show you how to make some ricotta bake, which is great for that soft foods. Diet, doesn’t, have that pasta in it and it is absolutely delicious and great for our sensitive stomachs.

So stay tuned to see how it’s made for this recipe. You’re, going to need eight ounces of ricotta cheese. I chose part-skim. You can use regular if you wish. I just chose this one because it’s. A little healthier, so I’m.

Just going to divide this one in half and use half of this, then you’re, going to need a half a cup of Parmesan cheese and a half a cup of mozzarella cheese. You’re, going to need one to two teaspoons of your favorite Italian seasoning.

Then we’re, going to do salt and pepper to taste. We have one egg and then 1/2 a cup of marinara. So the first thing you want to do is crack open your egg and we’re, going to beat this and then add it to our cheese.

After we finished eating our eggs, we’re, going to add the egg to the bowl, and then we’re, going to add our 1/2 a cup of parmesan. We’re, going to add our two tables, two teaspoons of seasoning and we’re, going to add our salt and pepper, and then we’re going to add our ricotta after we have all the ingredients in here.

We’re, just going to start mixing this up once we have everything all mixed up and it’s. Looking delicious, we’re, going to transfer it to a small dish to cook in the oven. I went ahead and greased mine just with some olive oil, because I didn’t have any nonstick spray, so we’re, going to go ahead and do that all right now, once we have the ricotta in there, we’Re going to talk with our marinara sauce and spread that around [ Music ] and then we’re, going to use our mozzarella to top it, and you can to make these thinner if you want and split it between two little small dishes.
