EASY KETO CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE! How to Make The BEST Keto Casserole Recipe! ONLY 3 NET CARBS!

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, i’m myra from low carb love, and today we’re gonna be making a delicious keto cheeseburger casserole. So let me know if you’ve ever heard of of such a thing. Um, they’re, actually super delicious.

It’s, one of my favorite things to meal prep. Sometimes, when i know like i’m going to be super busy, i love to make casseroles like this, because it’s, just an easy way to get dinner on the table for nathi and donnie, and you know it just saves.

So much time, so i’m, going to show you how to make this. It’s. Super simple! We’re, going to start off with the ingredients and i’m just going to walk you step by step on this recipe. Okay, so we’re going to get started with our ground beef.

So here we have two and a half pounds of ground beef. If you have two pounds, two pounds will work, but i need a little bit more because i have a bigger family. So we’re, doing two and a half pounds and what we’re gonna do.

Is we’re gonna start off by putting it right into our pan? Okay, we have our meat. We’re, gonna add a quarter cup of onion and we’re. Just actually gonna pour everything right in um and then we’re gonna do our radishes, so you can use daikon or turnips any radish.

Will work: this is actually our potato substitute okay, so this here is about eight radishes. You can measure out, you know about a cup a little bit over a cup and we’re, actually just going to throw this all in, because we’re going to cook it together with our meat.

Okay. So let’s, go over to our stove and let’s. Get this rolling. So we have a half teaspoon of our garlic, adding that right in then we have our salt one teaspoon and our pepper, which is also a teaspoon.

So now what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna cook our meat? So we just want it to get a little brown. You know nice color. We’re gonna wait until the onions are a little translucent and our radishes are softened now that our potatoes, which is our radishes, are done and our ground beef is pretty much cooked.

So now we’re. Gon na add six ounces of cream cheese and you’re just gonna. Add it right in and mix it together. Okay, so i’m, actually gonna add an extra two ounces of cream cheese, because i did use a little bit more meat and i want it to have that extra creaminess.

Make sure that you guys preheat your oven to 350 degrees so that once we’re done with this, you don’t have to wait. So our meat is nicely cooked. Our little potatoes, which are radishes – and i did want to let you know – i used eight, but if you want more bulk to your meal, feel free, add like 20 of them.

You know it’s. Just like this is what you’re, going to be eating, so, as you can tell, we used eight and it’s almost you can hardly see them um. This is going to be fine for me. But again you know if um this is gonna, be like your lunch, and you really just want something that’s nice and hearty and also want to get your veggies in then you can totally add more radishes, okay, just fyi, so i just Wanted to let you know um, so radishes typically tend to be a little spicy if you eat them, um raw, but it completely loses all the spice.

You know what i’m talking about right like that radishy spice um, and you cook it together with the meat so that it picks up the flavor of the meat. So this actually does not taste like a radish. So don’t.

Think, like it’s, gonna be red. No, it’s like honestly, it tastes delicious and it really does a great job as a potato substitute. So just fyi, we’re gonna. Do a quarter cup of sugar-free um ketchup, okay, so you’re.

Actually, just gonna add that right into your carnita into your meat and we’re gonna add one and a half tablespoons of mustard okay and we’re gonna just mix that up. I know you’re. Probably thinking like wait a minute what’s going on here, but you have to trust me on this.

This is like one of my favorite things. Okay, so now, once everything is mixed: in together, we’re, just going to put it into our baking dish. Oh my gosh! You guys this right here, though, you are just going to come back and thank me okay.

So now we have eight ounces of cheese which is about a cup and you’re just going to top your little burger. This is what we’re going to do here and now i’m, just going to sit it on top so that it can be nice and cheesy.

But you know if you want to mix it all in. If you want to leave it on top, like me, you can you know this is for you, you’re gonna eat this, and this is just basically what we’re doing: okay, perfection, okay! So now let’s.

Put it in the oven, okey dokey, so now we put in our baking dish, we are putting it um. We’re cooking it at 350 degrees for 15 minutes on convection. We let ours get nice and toasty. I threw on the broiler because take a look at that.

Tell me that that does not look like perfection where it gets. A nice perfect brown golden brown crust. I’m excited. Let’s! Go okay! So now we’re gonna make our dressing, and this is three tablespoons of mayo.

Now we add our mustard one tablespoon of mustard. Okay and our last dressing ingredient is actually two teaspoons of pickle juice and we mix it’s. Gon na be delicious [, Music ], so first we’re, going to start off by placing our lettuce, i only have a little salad mixture right now, so that’s.

What we’re going to use, but you could use romaine, you could use iceberg whatever you want. Okay, and now we’re, going to add our hamburger casserole. Oh, my gosh, let me tell you that this is super delicious.

Okay, and now we’re gonna treat this as a hamburger. So we have our lettuce. Now we have our burger and now what we’re gonna do is we are going to add our tomato. You already know. I love everything with pickles, so we’re gonna put our little pickles on here.

Okay and finish it off with our dressing, as you can see here – and we are just going to drizzle this and you can put as little or as much as you want, but there’s, our meal, beautiful it’s delicious.

It’s, gonna be perfect. Okay and now, for my favorite part of the whole video we’re gonna. Do the taste test, so we have our little pickles here. You already know we have our little dressing. You know if i want to add a little more.

We just add a little our tomato, but this here is where it’s at look at this. So we have our lettuce at the bottom, so it’s, almost kind of like a little salad um. But if you have it with the romaine or anything like that, it’s, going to add a nice nice crunch.

But take a look at that beautiful, oh yeah, holy moly on wow guys. This right here is where it ‘ S at this is perfect for meal prepping non-keto people would be all over this um. I don’t know what you’re saying you could just have to try.
